4)    To be responsive to the needs of the students, faculty, staff, and community;

5)    To encourage diversity, creative thinking, customer service, and professionalism;

6)    To provide a environment where there is collaboration and support of shared governance ;

7)    And, to enjoy what I do, recognize people for doing a good job, and allow staff to learn and grow in their jobs.
